An Example Project
The Hope for Health program, led by Aboriginal matriarchs in the Galiwin'ku Community of Elcho Island, Northern Territory, aims to enhance health and wellbeing among women and children.
This initiative offers preventative health support by leveraging strong leadership within the community and fostering connections with existing key services, including the area's Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation. Through collaboration, it addresses specific health needs, ensuring comprehensive community wellbeing.
